Celebrate Trails/Earth Day ICV Trail Cleanup
April 25 @ 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Mountain Watershed Association (MWA) is celebrating Trails Day the best way we know how—by rolling up our sleeves and giving back! Join us for a trail cleanup at the Whites Bridge/Jim Mountain section of the Indian Creek Valley Trail and help us make a visible difference.
Volunteers and MWA staff will meet at the Whites Bridge trailhead, located on Jim Mt. Rd. in Normalville, PA. From there, we’ll head out together to clean up 1–2 miles of trail. Don’t worry about gear—we’ve got all the supplies covered. All you need to bring is a good attitude and a willingness to get a little dirty.
This event is held in partnership with Rails to Trails Conservancy (RTC). Celebrate Trails Day is their annual springtime event, inviting people across the country to get outside and enjoy—and support—local trails. It takes place every year on the fourth Saturday of April, and it’s basically a nationwide excuse to be outdoors.
Planning to join us? You can also register with RTC for a chance to win some great giveaways here: https://www.railstotrails.org/celebratetrailsday/
Come out, meet some great people, and help keep our trails beautiful.
