3rd Annual Yough River Float Trip
July 23, 2023 – 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Join us on a 4-hour Yough River Float Trip with Hazelbakers River Trips!
Arrive at 10:00 am and park at Hazelbaker’s in Layton
We will shuttle to Dawson and float back down to Layton (arrive ~4pm)
Things to note:
- Perfect for beginners, class 1 moving flatwater
- People may bring a small cooler with beverages/snacks to take on the river
- Lunch options: Vegetarian, Turkey, or Italian Sandwiches with chips, fruit, and pasta salad
- 50/50 ticket raffle the day of the event
- MWA merchandise available for sale
- MWA has canoes for your use

Fee per person: $35 to $65 – includes life jacket, boat, paddle, shuttle, tip for the dock boys/drivers and food
** Ticket price is on a sliding scale. Because this is a fundraiser for the Indian Creek Valley Trail, all proceeds will go toward completing a trail project. If you can pay more than the minimum, the remainder of your donation will go toward the trail fund! Every dollar gets us closer to reaching our goal! **
