We’d like to give a big shout-out to our recent volunteers who helped with some projects on the Indian Creek Valley Trail!
Before the ICV Trail 5k, a crew from our local Subaru dealerships came out to clean up the trail through the gorge, and helped us install a barrier at the end of the trail! This big group made quick work out of a big project!
On Celebrate Trails Day, volunteers helped us clear out an old illegal dumping site near the Route 653 trail crossing. We ended up hauling out an estimated 1000 pounds of trash (in the pouring rain, no less)! Amazing work! We’ll certainly be back to this spot in the future, because there’s still more trash to haul out.
