A safe space to learn
Learn the basics of fly-fishing in a fun, inclusive environment. Guided by experts in the field, you’ll have plenty of time to practice and absorb the essentials of this beautiful outdoor sport.
What’s included:
- A full day of instruction
- Designed for beginners, but all skill levels are welcome
- Rods, reels, lines, and flies supplied
- Free, catered lunch for all participants
- Practice fly rod casting
- Learn about stream ecology
- Tie (and keep) your first flies
- Take your skills into the real world
We can only take a limited number of participants for this event. If the registration is full, please reach out to Lindsey@mtwatershed.com and we’ll put you on a waitlist!
This event is open to anyone whose gender is underrepresented in recreational fishing. This includes cis women, trans women, trans men, non-binary people, and those who are otherwise marginalized.
