Fayette Gives

Fayette Gives is a community-wide “day of giving” hosted by the Community Foundation of Fayette County. The goal of the event is to build a stronger Fayette County by engaging the community in philanthropy and supporting local charities!

We’d love for you to make a contribution to your favorite charity (including MWA)! All donations received at CFFC by 8:00 pm on Fayette Gives day will be enhanced by a bonus pool.

The main focus of Fayette Gives is the 12-hour fundraising marathon on November 9 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at www.fayettegives.org with online donations via credit card. However, CFFC accepts checks and other donation methods to accommodate donors’ preferences.

DONATION REQUIREMENTS
The minimum donation is $25 per charity. There is no maximum donation; however, a donor may need to contact their credit card provider before a large transaction will be accepted.

DONATION BY CREDIT CARD
Only Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards will be accepted. The credit card processor charges a nominal fee per transaction. The CFFC does not receive any fees. Credit card gift cards will not be accepted. During the 12-hour time period, you will donate using this website.

DONATION BY CHECK
Check-writing donors can support one or multiple charities by submitting one check payable to “CFFC” (not Mountain Watershed Association) for the total amount, along with an official CFFC Fayette Gives Check Contribution Form to specify the selected charity/ies. Checks must be received at the CFFC office (5 South Mt. Vernon Ave., Uniontown, PA 15401) by 8 p.m. on Fayette Gives day to be eligible for the bonus pool.

BONUS POOL
All Fayette Gives donations received at the CFFC office by 8 p.m. on Fayette Gives day will be enhanced by a prorated percentage of the bonus pool.
