On Tuesday, December 15 DEP will hold a hearing on the NPDES (water discharge) permit for the proposed Rustic Ridge deep mine in the Donegal and Saltlick areas. The meeting will be held from 1-3PM at the Donegal Community Center, 113 Community Center Lane, Donegal. Please plan to attend and voice your concerns.
