The combined public hearing for the Air Quality Plan Approval and NPDES permit is Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. Persons wishing to present testimony at the hearing should contact DEP Community Relations Coordinator, John Poister, at (412)442-4203 or jpoister@pa.gov before 3:00 p.m. on February 11, 2015. Individuals who do not register may also present testimony the day of the hearing. It is suggested you bring a written copy of your comment in case time is limited. The last day to submit written comments on either the draft Air Quality Plan Approval or the Draft NPDES permit will be Monday, February 23, 2015.
