The LCT Limited Liability Corp submitted a full application for the Rustic Ridge mine to the Department of Environmental Protection on April 7. For more information on this proposal see our previous blog posts here and here.
This proposal is located in the Donegal and Saltlick areas of the Indian Creek watershed. Once the application is deemed administratively complete, the company must put public notices in the newspaper for four consecutive weeks. At this time there will be a 30 day comment period open to the public. Members of the public may also request a public hearing during this comment period.
MWA has copies of the application available for review. We also have many of the maps in hard copy as well as copies of LCT’s compliance history.
